The village consists of 40 apartments in residence formula and everything you need to make your vacation a memorable, fun and relaxing experience: swimming pool for adults with hydromassage tub, swimming pool for childre, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, pucceria, supermarket, entertaining, baby area, playground, arcade, dog park, tennis courts, five-a-side filds, bowling and gym.

The sea lovers here will find a relaxing oasis.
The closest free beach, with sand dunes and low cliff is 300 meters away. The closest sandy beach is 400 meters away while the beach establishments are 1 kilometer away.
The beach service is provided for the guests of the resort: beach umbrella and 2 beach beds (on the third row) and a shuttle-bus service that arrives at the sea, daily from 9 to 19 every 20 minutes.

A holiday village by the sea of Porto Cesareo

The resort is divided into two areas:
Comparto A consists of an information desk about the territory,the restaurant Alba Radiosa, a bar by the adult pool with hydromassage tub and children pool, the solarium area with beach umbrellas and beds, an amphitheatre for the entertainment shows, self-service laundry, 2 tennis courts, five-a-side field with synthetic grass, outdoor gym and playground.

Comparto B consists of reception, supermarket, newsstand, boutique, arcade, 8-alley bowling, disco, restaurant - pizzeria Il Corallo, pucceria - rosticceria, the bar Batà by the equipped pool with solarium where, during the Summer nights, live concerts alternate with karaoke nights, theatrical shows and cabaret, piano-bar and dancing nights with latin-american music and disco, parking area and dog park. Wifi connection is free in the areas by the pool.

The independence of a holiday home with the amenities of a resort

There are 40 available apartments (two-room apartments and three-room apartments) in Comparto B, on the ground floor and on the first floor.
Each apartment is finely furnished with well-equipped kitchen, verandah, air conditioning, tv-sat, telephone, safe, hair-dryer, bathroom with shower (at exclusive use). There is a reserved parking spot. A true privilege: privacy and independence are guaranteed, there isn`t any interference. At the same time there are many amenities and comforts, just like a hotel.
Small pets are allowed only in the fenced garden of some apartments and in the dog park (with an extra fee). Animals aren`t allowed in the shared areas of the village and the beach.

Restaurants, pizzerias, swimming pool and hydromassage

In the village there are two restaurants:
Alba Radiosa, with a big air-conditioned room, that offers the best dishes of the Italian tradition, with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and Corallo, a terrace by the pool ideal for a romantic dinner with good background music.
Among the shared areas, 2 swimming pool, hydromassage tub, equipped solarium area with beach beds, pizzeria, bar, boutique and newsstand.

Club card and premium services

The reservation of an apartment in Residence Punta Grossa implies the mandatory purchase of the Club Card which includes services such as reserved parking area and weekly change of linen and towels. The Club Card also includes a welcome cocktail, internet connection, the use of pools with beach beds and umbrellas, playground, outdoor gym, diurnal use of tennis courts and five-a-side field upon reservation, day and evening entertainment with sports tournaments and games, piano-bar, cabaret, shows, dance nights and disco; mini club 3/7 years, junior club 8/12 years, teen club 13/19 years with activities and specialized staff. On payment it is possible to have other services such as: bowling, use of the sports fields, individual and collective lessons of latin-american dances; guided excursions on land and sea; go kart and horse-riding; sub and diving centre and sailing lessons.

What to see near the Village

Resort Punta Grossa is in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Ionian coast of Salento, by the sea of Parco Marino in Porto Cesareo, near the Arneo forest and the Castiglione park and the protected areas of Palude del Conte and Dune Costiere.
Porto Cesareo, with its seafront promenade with shops and trattorias is 10 kilometers away. Gallipoli is 30 minutes` drive away. The beauties of the Adriatic coast are 70 kilometers away: Otranto, Santa Cesarea and Castro are worth visiting.
